This subdivision application is intended to create the 31 Rural lots located at the top of Hana'ula Street (f.k.a. Town Center Drive) and provide the infrastructure for development Modules N1, N4 and N5. ATTACHMENT B-1 is the preliminary map for this subdivision application. The preliminary plat and subdivision application were submitted to County for processing on 5/2/2024; however, DSA has put a hold on further processing of the application until several defects in title noted by County are resolved. Jeff Ueoka has been coordinating with Public Works Director Jordan Molina to try and resolve the issue.
Jeff drafted letter (1/10/25) for Director Molina to sign and submit to DSA. Exclude the problem parcels from the map. There was no legal basis for including them in the 1991 subdivision map.
This subdivision application is intended to carve out the Pacific Development Group's 12.742 acre Module N5 (Aikanaha) multi-family site from WCT's makai lands. ATTACHMENT B-2 is the preliminary map for this subdivision application. The preliminary plat and subdivision application were submitted to County for processing on 2/29/2024; however, DSA has put a hold on further processing of the application until the County's Real Property Tax Office updates its records to reflect the newly surveyed boundaries of TMK 3-6-002: 001 and 003. Jeff Ueoka and Akamai Land Surveying are actively working with County Real Property Tax Office to file the necessary documentation Tax Office needs to update it records and release the subdivision application for processing.
RESUBMITTED TO DSA 11/20/24, 45 DAY REVIEW PERIOD EXPIRES 1/19/25.
This subdivision application is intended to create the development largelot for Towne Development's Module N4 single-family subdivision. It received preliminary approval on 3/20/2023, and is awaiting completion of required access and utility improvements which will be constructed with the WCT Neighborhood N1 Rural Subdivision, SUBD2024-00016. ATTACHMENT B-3 is the County-approved preliminary map for this subdivision application.
